Bhopal : Prime Minister Narendra Modi today embarked on a landmark visit to Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, where he will unveil a number of transformative projects aimed at promoting economic growth and development. The highlight of his visit is the laying of foundation stones for projects costing over Rs 50,700 crore, including the much-anticipated petrochemical complex at Bina Refinery.

In Madhya Pradesh:
The Prime Minister arrived at Bina in Madhya Pradesh around 11:15 am, where he will preside over the foundation stone laying ceremony of ten ambitious projects. Among these, the “Power and Renewable Energy Manufacturing Zone” in Narmadapuram district holds great promise for advancing India’s renewable energy sector. Additionally, two IT parks in Indore, a mega industrial park in Ratlam, and six new industrial estates spread across the state are all set to usher in a new era of industrialization in Madhya Pradesh.

In Chhattisgarh:
Later in the day, at around 3:15 PM, Prime Minister Modi will reach Raigad, Chhattisgarh to dedicate important rail sector projects to the nation. These projects are expected to improve connectivity and facilitate movement of goods and people in the region.

During his visit to Chhattisgarh, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stones of “Critical Care Blocks” in nine districts, emphasizing the government’s focus on expanding healthcare infrastructure in the state. Additionally, they will distribute one lakh sickle cell counseling cards, which is an important step to tackle a major health concern in the region.
